Non-Sync Film Assignment for DFEi
A man who works from home gets stressed out by a hectic workday. His mood suddenly shifts as soon as he sees an orange.
The film explores involuntary autobiographical memory that occurs when cues encountered in everyday life evoke recollections of the past without conscious effort. I was inspired by Marcel Proust’s novel “In Search of Lost Time” and wanted to show how small things and memories significantly impact our everyday life.
This film was made for my DFEi 1-3 min Non-Sync Film Assignment. It was edited in Avid Media.
